Dandridge Green
founder of Straight to the Cross Ministries

Dan Green overcame childhood abuse and came out of a homosexual lifestyle, and now ministers to those struggling with homosexual desires or dispositions themselves. Dan's testimony and teaching have moved and challenged Unified Underground attendees since our first conference in 2007. |

Ben “Spazz” Cantler
Hope For The Rejected (Baltimore, MD)

Currently a Youth Leader and videographer with Metro Maryland Youth For Christ, Spazz got his start in ministry volunteering with Hope For The Rejected over six years ago. His work with Unified Underground was mostly out of the public eye until 2009, when he presented a multimedia seminar on the topic of loneliness. Since then, he's appeared as a speaker at multiple YFC events, using his love of film and sense of humor to connect with a wide variety of people, young and old. 2010 will be the first year he speaks from the "main stage" at the Unified Underground conference. Spazz's service with Hope For The Rejected has inspired him to work with a number of youth groups in the greater Baltimore area, and fostered in him a specific passion for helping people to develop their personal relationships with Jesus Christ. |

Shawn “Wretched” Browning
The Gathering Ministries/Grave Robber

Shawn has been a punk rock "musicianary" for over a decade. As lead vocalist for Grave Robber, God has called Shawn to be "radical for Christ" by heading up a controversial horror punk band that goes deep into the trenches of front-line ministry. As lead pastor for the newly formed ministry, The Gathering in Fort Wayne, IN, God has impregnated Shawn's heart with a desire to establish a safe haven to deliver The Gospel to those whom the church has overlooked, forgotten about, damaged, or simply don't know about. Shawn's desire is to share how God's heart weeps for all of His children and longs for relationship with them. Shawn firmly believes that as fishers of men we are to cast out the nets, catch 'em... and let God clean 'em! |

Stephen Poore
Ten 33

Stephen Poore is Student Ministries Pastor at West End Assembly Of God in Richmond, Virginia. After many years of not taking God very seriously it wasn’t until one of his last west coast tours with Ten 33 that he felt God calling him to do full-time ministry. Shortly after his awakening to God's calling, he went on staff part-time with Young Life and finalized his degree at Virginia Commonwealth University in psychology with a minor in religious studies. Stephen is now fully engaged as a pastor and plans to start his Masters of Divinity soon. |

“Pastor Skip” Brooks
pastor of Rise Above Ministries

Skip Brooks used to be a binge-drinking, drug-chugging, violent young punk rocker severely suffering from what the doctors had diagnosed as obsessive compulsive disorder. Now the bondage of addiction, aggression and mental disease have no hold over Skip... and these miracles in his life were only accomplished through prayer, deliverance, perseverance, and faith and trust in the Lord Jesus Christ. With most of his exposed skin covered in tattoo work and various piercings penetrating his face, Skip might appear to be an unlikely leader in helping to further the Kingdom of God on earth. But this happens to be exactly what Skip's doing as the Senior Pastor of Rise Above Ministries in San Antonio, TX. During his several year stay interning at the relatively conservative Trinity Baptist Church, Skip was specifically called by the Lord to take the Gospel to people in underground music scenes where the Word of God is either not heard or, if heard, rejected. Skip started Rise Above Ministries in the year 2000 with now Associate Pastor Eddie Villanueva. Skip is married to a lovely lady named Jenni who helps lead the Rise Above worship band, All Hail The King. |

Michelle Couchenour
Hope For The Rejected (Jacksonville, FL)

Michelle Couchenour has been involved in ministry for over ten years, serving as a youth leader at her church for more than five of those. She has always had a passion for the underground and tattoo communities, and started working with Hope For The Rejected more than a year ago. At the last Unified Underground conference, Michelle (then known by her maiden name, Michelle Mainville) helped attendees learn how to apply Biblical Truth to everyday life, and she will continue this line of teaching by talking about the return of Jesus. |

Lucas & Starr Walther
Hope For The Rejected (Baltimore, MD)

Lucas and Starr have been involved with Hope For The Rejected since almost the beginning, both using their design and organizational talents mostly in a "behind-the-scenes" capacity. As friends of more than ten years—and partners in ministry for several of those—God's plan saw them grow closer until they eventually entered what is arguably the most challenging type of partnership: marriage. This year, these newlyweds will venture out from behind the scenes to share some of the things they've learned about overcoming the inherent differences between men and women and living out a Godly relationship—one that brings the Kingdom of God into your marriage, courtship, or dating relationship. |
